The habit of setting your mornings on fire

I am investing in myself by investing in my inner game.

I am starting with my mornings.

I do so by waking up and thanking God for a new day, endeavour to still my mind through embracing quietness. I do this for about 30 minutes. Thereafter, I make my bed. Brush my teeth and head for the gym, which is literally 5 mins away from my home. If It proves to be a busy morning, I do 5-10 minutes of exercise at home.

Gearing my brain in the right direction.
