That Saturday habit: Rye bread & turmeric eggs with Avocado

It’s the weekend and most weekends -I just love cooking up a Savoury breakfast.  Born in S. Africa with Indian roots and growing up in Denmark – I love to create my style of simple & tasty Indian/ Scandinavian fusion style food. Glad that spices such as turmeric is good for us and so is a bit of rye bread. It’s much lower in gluten than wheat and it’s super filling.  The more colorful the food the more nutrients it gives us. After my breakfast – I enjoyed a nice cup of fresh mint tea with a bit of honey.  Really happy. Place your food in a beautiful dish. The tea in a beautiful cup.  If all you have is a white dish – plate it beautifully.

Healthy eating. It helps with a peaceful gut and peaceful mind and a happy body.
