Weekly: “How to be kind” tip: Increase healthy food intake this weekend

Food plays such a big part in our lives. I recently heard a podcast on how food strongly impacts the health of our brain.

I don’t know about you – but I would like to power my brain exponentially more to live well for longer

Here are a few tips to boost our brain function:

  • Eat more fish and/or take fish oil supplements
  • Eat more vegetables than carbs.
  • Drink more water.
  • Lower the sugar intake
