To be kind to ourselves and others – we need to DO more not just utter nice words to experience change, a true kindness change. Time is progressing. We were born to progress.
Here is a simple tip you can do now to begin to progress… change things for the better.
- Write down a list of 2 actions: the first action is about being kind to someone this weekend. The other action involves being kind to yourself. I encourage you to do it now.
- Repeat this action of writing down 2 actions daily. One being kind to yourself and the other being kind to others.
My 1 kind action towards others today is that I am attending a friend’s charity dinner to support her initiative. The second action is that I bought some nice facial cream. It’s getting colder in exciting London. Practicing good skincare friends…
Also, it’s important to highlight that we should do these actions in love and surrender of the outcome. Do these actions with a mind of integrity and hopefully, you will feel lighter and more content at the end of next week.
