Leading with Longevity: Kindness can lengthen our lives.

Research continues to show that kindness has a profound impact—not only on the people who receive it, but also on those who give it. Acts of kindness can strengthen our sense of purpose, improve our well-being, and even support our physical health.

A good friend recently shared this video with me: Kindness Changes Your DNA.” One line that stood out was:

“Being kind fundamentally changes our body.”

Emerging research suggests that person-to-person acts of kindness may help reduce stress and inflammation, highlighting just how deeply our connections with others influence our health.
