To do lists and our health
Without overthinking or organizing, just write down all the tasks floating in your head. No headings. No categories. Just a brain-dump of what’s taking up space.
I did this myself this morning—and something surprising came up. Not a single item related to my health or wellbeing made the list, even though I constantly think about wanting to prioritize both.
It made me pause. It’s so easy for other priorities to fill our time, isn’t it? But this reminded me that some tasks, even if they feel urgent, quietly steal time away from what truly matters—our health, joy, and peace.
Don’t waste time – live life with kindness, peace, and joy.
