The above statement shared by businesswoman and transformation leader, Jess Tayel struck a chord with me recently. I too have been found guilty of hiding due to thinking that some of my ideas do not carry relevance or hiding behind the guise of being an introvert.  Having said this, it is important to know one’s limitations. It’s okay not to share every perspective or idea that comes to mind. Especially, if we have not thought it through, worked on refining it, or put something out there when our time and reserves are low ( emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually). It is also okay to not have the most perfect thought to share. The main thing is that what we share is shared with love, excellence, and intention.

So let us stop hiding and step up to be seen and heard. Our emerging perspectives and thoughts could lift someone out of a hopeless situation. Breakthroughs are by-products of the thousands of steps we take to get there. So let’s take that step.
