Better productivity: Do a less stress trigger list

When life gets stressful, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. One strategy, I use to keep negative stress at bay and maintain good productivity and joy throughout the day is revisiting my “Less Stress Trigger List.” This document is a collection of simple ideas that help me feel better when I need it most. The more specific the healing action, the more positive shifts happen.

Here are a few examples from my list:

  • Wake up at 6 a.m. to allow time for exercise, prayer, and gratitude.
  • Delay checking emails until later in the morning, once my body and mind are calm.
  • Create a to-do list before bed to feel prepared and focused for the next day.

What steps do you take to keep stress at bay? What can you do right now to feel better?

xx
