Welcome 2024 with gratitude

Develop a daily gratitude practice. Sometimes profound gratitude is experienced after moments of challenges and pain.

After giving birth to my baby boy, I looked back on my pregnancy with pain as I was sick very often. Now, a few months later, I look back at the experience of giving birth as one of the most amazing moments of my life. What an adventure – indeed mixed with challenges and pain.

Action:

One way of building gratitude is to invest in a nice journal if possible. Try to write down 1-3 things you are grateful for every day. Find a fixed time to do this e.g just before going to bed at 10pm…  sometimes, the things we thought were painful were actually amazing moments to help us grow and transform. Look out for them…
