Find Wellness 2: Look inside
Sometimes we think that all our answers to our health and life circumstances are in another wellness book, magazine, seminar or course. No, the answers are simpler and closer than we think. It is inside of us.
Action:
Find at least 15 minutes in your day. Either by waking up early, going for a walk or setting aside some time in the evening to find some stillness ( away from your phone ) to stop, pause, breathe, think and for some this includes prayer. By intentionally taking these steps daily, you will hopefully get a step closer to better health.
It starts with taking action, intentionally and consistently.
