Gratitude #1
Inspiration: Sometimes, we try to solve a problem, but adding more stuff or activities to fix what we think is missing at work like a new process or at home e.g you got rid of clothing and now you need to purchase what you believe will complement the other items. when in fact you might not need new stuff, but firstly seek to explore why you might need another new item and what value it will bring or not bring long term… Why not think about simplifying rather than adding more items. “be more with less”
Quote: “What’s working, and how can we do more of it?” Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Yet, in the real world, this obvious question is almost never asked. Instead, the question we ask is more problem focused: “What’s broken, and how do we fix it? – Chip Heath, book “Switch”
Reflection: What is going well in your life today? Have you paused and celebrated the progress?
One life, live it kinder
