Do all the good you can
A dear friend recently shared this beautiful quote with me, and it gently reminded me of the many blessings in my life. My cup may not be overflowing with vast material possessions, but it is full—with gratitude. And because of that, I feel inspired to keep moving toward a life led by purpose.
“Do all the good you can, by all the means you can,
In all the ways you can, in all the places you can,
At all the times you can, to all the people you can,
As long as ever you can.”
— John Wesley
We won’t always get it right. Even with the best intentions and healthy boundaries in place, we may falter. But in our everyday lives, living this out can look like making the time—sometimes even when we don’t feel we have it—to serve others with our time, our treasures, and our talents. Even when we feel messy or unfinished.
A small cup of kindness can go a long way, especially when someone is open to receiving it. Sometimes, the simplest act of care can make the biggest difference.
Action:
So, what can you do for someone else today? You might just find that in giving, your own spirit is lifted too.
One life. Live it with intention, gratitude, and kindness.
xx
