What posture will we take today?

Gratitude—or complaining?
Optimism—or negativity?

Research suggests that optimistic people often enjoy better health, whether or not their outlook is completely accurate. Gratitude, I believe, is just as powerful in shaping our well-being.

What is one action we can take today to lift our hearts and minds out of the clouds?

We have one life. Let’s live it with kindness, gratitude, and optimism.
