Leading with Longevity: Move more
We have comfy chairs and sofas at home, plus the big screen TV and plenty of digital comfort. It’s easy to find ourselves sitting more than we realize.
Now, rest or relaxation is important—we all need to take a break and pause sometimes. But if those breaks turn into hours of sitting, especially after dinner, we can start to feel sluggish. And beyond that, too much sitting can slowly work against our health.
