” The best way to determine the future is to create it”
Everyone is trying to predict the future, but who knows what will truely happen in a couple of years time. The best thing to do is cut out procrastinating on “what ifs” –
The future may look bleak at times, but I if we regain our focus – we will realise that we still have the freedom to move the boat of our lives towards a better future. It starts today.
Some ideas:
- Eating better today, – more veggies e.g will make you feel better tomorrow.
- Planning your weekend today with some fun indoor activities might result in you having a better weekend than expected.
- Preparing your fitness gear the night before – might actually result in more movement tomorrow.
Food inspiration: The Red Onion
- Cut a bit of red onion and add to a tuna salad with lettuce, tomato, avocado, a bit of pepper and salt and a tea spoon of mayo. Mix together and eat. Yum 🙂
