Find Wellness 2: A note book, a pen and intention
Try to carry a note book and a pen with you wherever you go for a month. Use it .e.g to broadly plan your week, structure your day alongside your calendar, write down something that left an impression on you that day. Use it to write down your “to do list” for the day. Doing this might make you more focussed and intentional about your day. It’s not easy to start this habit, but once you start, it is amazing how much every hour of ones life becomes so valuable and precious.
