Find Wellness 2: Find time for your passion

With so many competing priorities in our busy lives, we can often put aside time for what truly brings us  joy.

If there is one thing that you love to do, but find it difficult to find time in the week for this activity, I encourage you to find time in the weekend e.g a Saturday morning or Sunday evening.

We have 24 hours in the day – choose to allocate a little bit of time for yourself to do something you love.

It could be going to a singing class, swimming, cooking a more complex meal, going to the movies or calling a friend who makes you laugh . If this one thing brings you joy – find the time to do it.

Action:

Decide to block out time for this passion in your calendar or a note book. The time is now.
