Gratitude:Sunday giving

Many of us know that gratitude is good for us—but how often do we actually pause to acknowledge the good moments, the kind human encounters, the unexpected blessings, and the meaningful experiences that shaped our week?

Some of us remember to practice gratitude each morning or evening. Some of us forget entirely. And that’s okay. It’s never too late to take a breath and give thanks for the things that carried us through:
our health, nourishing meals, gentle human encounters, quiet joys, and anything else that brightened our days.

“Gratitude invites us to slow down, be present, and notice the goodness that’s already here”

So, looking back on your week – this Sunday, what are you grateful for?

Thank you for reading. Wishing you a kind, calm, and joyful week ahead.
