This week’s kindness tip
Have you felt like eating another piece of cake – maybe even some deliciously fried foods, which seemly look healthy because they could be vegetables e.g courgette fries. I know I have. When we choose to indulge in unhealthy foods one too many times – it means that one has to work harder the following day to work off the damage. Sometimes the damage cannot be seen – but too much of a ” good thing” leaves the body tired and in bad shape overall.
This week’s kindness tip – choose to eat better and our bodies will also serve us better, especially in years to come.
