Find Wellness 2: Feed your mind lightness

We sometimes tend to fill our silent moments and our family time with a podcast, calling a friend, leaving a message, watching tv – overall filling our precious moments with noise.

I have found when I feed myself some of the “heaviness” mentioned during my precious moments, it blocks my sense of peace, creativity and lightness.

So what can one do to avoid the diet of heaviness?

Action:

Health is wellness and joy produces hope and lightness….allow these truths to be our guiding star. So, every time a silent moment approaches and you wish to fill it with voice or noise…  choose better.

There will be time for a podcast and calling a friend, but there is also a time to choose stillness, in person family conversation and reflection
