3 tips to live joyful today

Set out to do 3 things today to experience JOY:

  1. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, let out a smile and thank God for three things you’re grateful for. Mine are:  my ability to smile, my optimistic expectation of today and my sense of hope.
  2. This might sound funny, but sing to yourself! research shows that singing decreases both anxiety and depression. So I encourage you to sing in the shower, sing on your way to work. Sing when you are cooking today – whenever you have some time by yourself to sing – give it a go!
  3. Eat at least one healthy meal today, which includes some colourful veggies – your body will thank you 🙂
