Don’t let anger steal the day

So much of our joy can be quietly taken by anger.

A passing comment. A rude moment on the road. Someone’s tone in a supermarket queue. Small things… that can linger longer than they need to.

There are many reasons we feel anger.

“Over time, anger doesn’t just affect our mood—it can affect our bodies too. Tension builds. Stress lingers. And something that lasts seconds can shape the rest of our day”

So if something—or someone—makes you angry today, gently ask yourself why.

Can you pause?
Can you let it pass, rather than carry it with you?

Protecting your peace is a quiet kind of strength.

We are all a work in progress. But noticing—just noticing—how anger shows up in our lives is a powerful first step.

So… what will you do today to not let anyone steal your joy?

One life—live it with kindness and joy.
