This week’s kindness tip

A family member recently lost a considerable amount of weight . Her secret to losing the extra kilos? Halving the portion size of selected foods like baked crisps. She also began to eat more vegetables, less oily foods as well as eating a Mediterranean breakfast consisting of 1-2 boiled eggs, cucumber and tomato, some olives and 1 slice of sourdough bread. She also sought the advice of a dietitian a few times. Managing a business – working long hours – she had to prepare some of her meals ahead of time too – the effort is paying off.

Choose to prepare. Choose to eat less and less crisps… it will eventually pay off.
