Gratitude #10 joy, seasons and nutrition

If you are able to create joy in your life by choosing to do something you love e.g swimming or having a delicious meal – be grateful…

If you are in a place where is it getting colder after experiencing a prolonged hot summer – be grateful that nature is moving in flow with the season – which is good for our plants and animals.

If you have access to nutritious food e.g greens and some good protein – be grateful that your body is being nourished…

So many things to be grateful for in tough times…
