Remember the good gifts everyday

When life gets busy, we sometimes forget to be grateful for aspects in our life such as our wellbeing and material possessions that help us move forward in the day. Aspects in life that many people in the world don’t have. Imagine if we could be grateful for things we take for granted everyday?

Action:

Take a moment right now, get still and remember all the gifts you were given today to perform and run your day well. Gifts such as hearing, eye sight, access to transport, food, electricity, good fitness levels. Try to welcome a sense of gratitude towards these gifts.
