If you have health – it’s an amazing gift and it outweighs all the money in the world. A healthy body, mind and spirit together with joy is priceless.

One way of improving your health today is by cutting down on soda. This is an ongoing improvement area for me.

So here are some alternatives to Soda that prove to be worth the cost in the long run:

  • Sparkling water
  • Kombucha
  • Fruit and herbal infusions in sparkling water
