Community: Tacos and Joy

From Japanese cuisine to Indian, Jewish, Moroccan, Korean, Spanish and Turkish to name a few…. these collective food cultures beautifully support sparking joy through food sharing.

“Creating simple, healthy and delicious food that can be shared with others is a wonderful way to live”

Sharing a meal does not have to be expensive, if meals are planned ahead of time. To continue the sharing experience, friends and family can take turns in cooking for each other on specific days or weeks.

Action:  What sharing food dish can you create this week?

An idea could be to make black bean tacos with various sides like guacamole, fried sweet corn and/or shredded chicken…

Here is a recipe for inspiration.

One life live it kinder and intentionally.
